Support Groups

Lung Transplant Support Group

The group offers peer-based psychosocial support for lung transplant patients. The group varies and may have both pre and post transplant patients in attendance. It is facilitated by our transplant social workers and a variety of speakers are invited to present on a topic relevant to transplant. Caregivers or family members are welcome to attend the group also.

When: 3rd Thursday of Each Month from 1 to 2:30 p.m. (Holiday schedule may vary)
