Donations to the Lung Transplant Patient and Family Fund

Our department has established a Patient and Family Fund which is used by Our Team to help support patients and families with specific, often unexpected, financial needs that arise while going through the transplant process.  Donations to this fund can be made in one of the following two ways:

1. Send a check:
   1. Payable to "Lung Transplant Patient and Family Fund (7027169)"
   2. Mail check to:  UCSF Foundation,  P.O. Box 45339, San Francisco, CA 94145-0339
2. Make an online donation:
   1. Visit https://giving.ucsf.edu/fund/other
   2. In the "Gift Comments" field, enter: “Lung Transplant Patient and Family Fund (7027169)”
